My First time in Lagos



As this picture dey so, na so I confuse the first time I enter Lagos, the popular Naija York. For real, the night to my travel was very spectacular, as I no fit sleep, all my mind dey for the kind ogbonga experience of the first travel wey I dey mek from south-east to West. As I dey parade myself around the room, na Emma come enter my room, smiling. 'Dis your journey wan turn your head wella, abi you no go go the travel for dream finish sef'. I laughed and we both sat down on the bed. There and then, Emma begin lecture me as pa person wey dey go Lagos like sey I dey go from Asaba to Onitha.
'In Lagos, you need shine your eyes well well or else dey go commot your cloth for daylight, you no go know sef...na wen you reach house, you go see sey you no get cloth to commot, na that time your eyes go tear open', na so my elder broda advise me. The one wey come confuse me die na wetin my broda come talk again. 'In fact, no even ask for direction even if sey you los...or else you go see yourself for ceme...'.Abeg e don do.
As I enter Lagos, smile full my face. But when we got to Ojota, no be small tin, see people dragging left and right. I came down, and called my Aunty. 'Anti...Yes, in Maryland na, and very close to Ikorodu Garage, Yes, I can see Ikeja from here na'. As I dey talk that one, the phone come cut. Within two minutes my Mama call, crying. 'Emeka nwa'm O le be I no, where are you? have dey kinapped you?...Ewo!, I'm finished...nke'm agwu la'. It took serious begging and abeg for my Aunty to come to Ojota to pick me.
I know sey na laugh wan kill you...I know sey your own too worse pass...mek I hear'm.
